Festival Opening

Opening of several of the festival exhibitions.

Kicking off the festival with an outdoor set dance ceile.

Beat on the Street

Making Music on the Esmonde Street, Beat 102-103 will be playing the latest hits.

Outdoor Fashion Show hosted by Brendan Courtney. FREE ADMISSION

Join the Red Bill Bedroom Jam 2013 winners- Corner Boy headlining the evening, supported by VANN Music, and Perfect Friction for a great night of music.

Jam and Jamming

Local jam makers demonstrate their talents in a jam making competition. Entry is €1 per pot.

Busking Competition

Street musicians compete for top place in a Busking Competition.

Artisan Food Fair

Sample outstanding, locally crafted bread, cheese, butter, preserves, confectionery, and many more artisan foods from skilled producers in the Gorey and surrounding areas.

Street Carnival

Magicians, board games, pool play off, Gorey’s favourite clown, The Madcaps and much more.

Children’s Play Day

Highlights include: a climbing wall; face painting; arts and crafts; indoor and outdoor games; circus skills; soccer and rugby workshops; a puppet show; live music; train rides; a magician and a small animal show by Kia Ora Mini Farm.

Main Street Stage

Headlining act Crystal Swing take to the stage, supported by The Barley Mob, Daydream Regime, Sinead O’Brien and Etienne Belin from Paris.

Gorey Fair Day and Street Markets

Visit a wide range of stalls and street markets. A Vintage Display will also be on the street.

South East Radio

South East Radio will broadcast live from the main stage.

Local Heroes Tug of War Challenge

Local teams of all shapes and sizes are invited to join the challenge. Entry is €50 per team, and there’s prize money of €1,500 up to grabs. Contact Matt Bulter on 087-1477644 for information.

The Ringmaster Jerry Fish closes the festival, supported by the Voicemales; Cathal Byrne, Ireland Number 1 Elvis impersonator; Lynda Cullen; Booka Brass Band; 5 Dollar Shakes ; and Tina Carter.
